About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Thrive (Education) Recruitment Ltd. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Additional needs in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children with Additional needs in their learning
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure children receive the best possible education
  • Assist with lesson planning and implementation
  • Provide individualized support to children as needed
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children
  • Passion for supporting children with Additional needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
