About You:

  • Significant experience in the adult care sector, preferably with a background in learning disability support and leadership.">
  • Proven track record of delivering improvements and innovations, driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to customer focus.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with people at all levels and build effective relationships.">
  • Ability to think critically and make informed decisions, using data and evidence to drive change and improvement.">
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, driving performance and achievement.">

Requirements:

  • A valid UK manual driving licence and own vehicle, enabling easy access to various locations.">
  • A Level 3/4 qualification or higher, with a willingness to work towards Management Level 5, demonstrating commitment to professional development.">
  • Experience in Positive Behaviour Support and the care sector, particularly with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.">
  • Supervisory or management experience, showcasing leadership skills and ability to guide teams.">
  • A deep understanding of the care sector and its complexities, with a passion for making a positive difference.">
