Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Expleo. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products while meeting on-target delivery dates and quality requirements.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to meet business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  3. Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Interface with external stakeholders to understand technical issues and specifications.
  5. Liaise with design and manufacturing supply chain to ensure seamless product delivery.
  6. Attend reviews and meetings as required to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  7. Work in accordance with Expleo's Quality Management System and customer quality requirements.
  8. Establish and maintain standard inspection processes and procedures to ensure robust and valid inspection data.
  9. Collaborate with Operations to manage key product features throughout the build process.

Requirements
  1. Engineering degree or equivalent with proven practical engineering and manufacturing knowledge and experience.
  2. Strong understanding of manufacturing products and processes.
  3. Ability to interpret drawings and/or CAD models.
  4. Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  5. Proactive team player with a focus on delivery and quality.
  6. Excellent communication skills.
  7. Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to make sound technical judgments and decisions.
  8. Assertiveness, independence, and structured way of working in a multicultural environment.

Desired Skills
  1. Understanding of dimensional measurement systems and principles.
  2. Industrialisation experience, including factory layouts and tooling deployment.
