Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Individualized Support Services Assistant Manager to join our team. This critical role involves coordinating daily living support for adults with developmental disabilities, managing individual records, and providing training to staff and individuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional support services.

Key Responsibilities

The Individualized Support Services Assistant Manager will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating daily living support for adults with developmental disabilities
  • Managing individual records and ensuring timely completion of assessments and paperwork
  • Providing training to staff and individuals on topics such as health and safety, fire prevention, and crisis management
  • Assisting individuals in developing maximum independence through budgeting, time management, and use of leisure time

We offer a competitive salary of $24.50 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including tiered pay increases, three weeks' vacation, one week's sick time, and 12 holidays for new full-time employees, low-cost benefit plans, and tuition reimbursement eligibility after 90 days of employment.
