Programmatic and Video Ad Operations Lead

**About the Role**

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Ad Operations Lead to oversee the end-to-end management of ad campaigns, focusing on maximizing performance and revenue through programmatic channels. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to drive programmatic and video strategy, optimizations, and technical execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the execution and delivery of programmatic open exchange and video ad campaigns
* Optimise campaigns for performance, efficiency, and revenue
* Collaborate with commercial leadership, product teams, tech, and analytics teams to develop and implement innovative solutions
* Immersed in the data and analytics to make strategic recommendations around optimising inventory

**Requirements**

* 5+ years of experience in ad operations, with a focus on programmatic and video
* Strong understanding of GAM, DSPs, SSPs, and ad servers
* Passion for sports and digital media
