Job Title: M&E Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced M&E Contracts Manager to join our client's team in the Midlands. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the delivery of 2-3 schemes at any one time, working on industrial sheds for distribution, production, and manufacture with project values ranging from GBP1 million.

About the Role:
  • Deliver mechanical and electrical installations for commercial and industrial buildings
  • Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
