Job Title: M&E Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced M&E Contracts Manager to join our client, a leading provider of mechanical and electrical installation services for commercial and industrial buildings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in M&E contracts management, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical installation services, including design, installation, and testing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
