Young Offender Coordinator

- To manage a caseload of youth justice cases and work collaboratively with young people, families, and other professionals to assess, develop, and deliver interventions that support personal and social skills and participation in society.
- To gather information, analyze, and assess risks, and create bespoke intervention plans to address all areas of need, using appropriate screening and assessment tools.
- To work within a multi-disciplinary team, responsible for all aspects of case management, including dealing with non-compliance issues swiftly and effectively.
- To prepare for and attend professional meetings, presenting information in a clear and concise manner, and write reports to a high standard and within tight timeframes for Youth Magistrates and Crown Courts.
- To undertake regular Court duty, providing advice and support to young people, their families, and the judiciary, and convene and chair multi-agency meetings.
The salary for this position is approximately £45,000 per annum, dependent on location and experience.
