Job Summary

The successful candidate will undertake strengths-based assessments, support planning, and reviews to support customers to achieve their outcomes and promote their independence.

A generous relocation package is available, up to £8,000 free of tax, as well as help towards fees associated with buying/selling or rent/mortgage payments.

About the Role

  • Working as part of a busy team and alongside other teams within the local authority
  • Undertaking strengths-based assessments, support planning, and reviews

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with a range of professionals
  • Confidence with the legal basis for practice

Estimated Salary

£35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
