Join Our Team as a Child Protection Social Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate social worker to join our team at Tripod Social Care. As a Child Protection Social Worker, you will play a vital role in improving outcomes for children and young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective safeguarding plans to ensure the well-being and safety of our children and young people.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including families, carers, and other professionals, to provide comprehensive support and guidance.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and write relevant reports to inform decision-making and review documents.
  • Build strong relationships with our children and young people, promoting a sense of safety and security in our care.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in statutory social work functions, including safeguarding and support.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social work practice.
