Commercial Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Associate to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our commercial development team, you will be responsible for undertaking a varied caseload including site acquisitions, pre-lets, forward funding transactions, managing property portfolios, and Landlord and Tenant work.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in commercial development work and be able to demonstrate strong commercial and technical expertise. They will work effectively with a diverse client base, including commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers, and banks/funders.
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including
