We are looking for a talented EHS Advisor to contribute to the success of our team at People Group Limited. As a leading provider in the water and wastewater infrastructure sectors, we need someone who can deliver safe practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering Toolbox Talks, conducting safety briefings, and implementing wellbeing campaigns. Additionally, they will provide expert advice and training to employees, emphasizing the importance of reporting near misses.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of MEICA, backed by experience within the water sector for a Tier 1/2 Contractor. A relevant EHS Qualification (NEBOSH Construction and/or IOSH) is mandatory, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills.
