Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our Supplier Quality Assurance team at Raytheon Technologies. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our suppliers and their products, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive continuous improvement and excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct audits and assessments of suppliers to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Provide training and support to suppliers on quality management systems and processes.
  • Monitor and report on supplier performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with quality management systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
