IT Project Manager - Logistics Systems

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead key IT systems projects focused on existing site software upgrades and new site installations in a logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT systems projects from cradle to grave, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, other project managers, and senior colleagues to scope and discover project requirements, evaluate risks and costs, and detail deliverable benefits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering IT projects, with a strong track record of success in a logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Transport Management Systems (TMS) is highly desirable.
