About the Role


We are seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Elysium Healthcare, a leading provider of mental health services. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to achieve their goals and access appropriate services.


Key Responsibilities



  • Assist Occupational Therapists, Nurses and other multidisciplinary team staff in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual care plans.
  • Support service users to achieve their goals and access appropriate services.
  • Maintain adequate records, entering details in the service user healthcare records.

Requirements



  • GCSE/O-Levels (A-C) or a relevant NVQ2.
  • Experience in a similar environment & Mental Health.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
