SEN Teaching Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd in the High Peak area. This is a long-term to permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of £95,000 - £105,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will have a background in SEND and experience supporting children with challenging behaviour. They must be able to work effectively within a positive working environment providing care and appropriate support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with SEN in a specialist provision
- Providing individualised care and support to meet the needs of each pupil
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Maintaining high standards of pupil behaviour and safety
Location and Salary:
This role is based in the High Peak area, SK23, with a competitive salary of £95,000 - £105,000 per annum.
