As a Medication Management Specialist at Phoenix Medical Supplies, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in our community pharmacy. This includes reviewing patient medication regimens, identifying potential medication errors, and providing education to patients on proper medication use.

You will work closely with our team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to develop and implement strategies to improve medication safety and adherence. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and managing pharmacy inventory.

Responsibilities:
  • Review patient medication regimens to identify potential medication errors
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve medication safety and adherence
  • Provide education to patients on proper medication use
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

Requirements:
  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Proven experience in a community pharmacy setting with expertise in medication management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Salary: £25.00 - £27.00 per hour

Our estimated salary range for this role is £52,000 - £58,400 per annum.
