Job Title: Purchase Ledger Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised, capable and confident individual to join our dynamic organisation as a Purchase Ledger Assistant. The successful candidate will join our Purchase Ledger team reporting directly to our Group Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for purchase ledger transactions.
  • Process invoices, credit notes, and other related documents efficiently.
  • Provide timely and effective support to the finance team to ensure smooth operations.


Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
