We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Howdens Joinery. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential new account holders to drive sales growth and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with Business Developers and Kitchen Sales Designers to convert sales and achieve higher sales per account.
- Participate in sales meetings to share best practices and drive sales growth.
- Seek out new business opportunities and organize your own diary to develop the customer base in each depot.
Requirements:
- Strong influencing and sales skills.
- Customer-focused with a strong ability to communicate effectively.
- Results-driven with a ability to prioritize workload and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Flexible and approachable with a strong entrepreneurial ethos.
- Full UK driving license.
