About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Lead a team of colleagues, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain store standards, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of store strategies, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
