The role of CDM/Disrepair Surveyor is a crucial part of our property maintenance team. We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual who can join our ranks as a key player in ensuring our properties meet the highest standards of safety and security.
As a CDM/Disrepair Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough building inspections, diagnosing issues, and devising repair solutions that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. Your technical expertise and meticulous approach will play a significant role in enhancing property safety and cost-effectiveness.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Extensive building surveying experience, particularly in disrepair and related legislation.
- A relevant chartered professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, or similar) - desirable.
- Proficiency in housing health and safety regulations, coupled with experience liaising with legal teams.
- Strong project management and budget control skills.
- A collaborative team spirit and excellent communication abilities.
This is a full-time position based at our Tewkesbury workspace, covering areas such as Gloucestershire, Cheltenham, and occasional travel up north. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from report writing and administrative duties to on-site inspections and collaboration with our legal teams.
Due to the nature of the role, an Enhanced DBS check will be required to ensure a secure environment. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
