About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at our Holderness Road site in Hull. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Serving Customers: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock Management: Assist with receiving and checking deliveries, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Cash Handling and Fuel Pumps: Authorize fuel pumps, serve customers from the till points, and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Teamwork and Support: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
