Job Summary
Sewell Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and contributing to the success of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service, supporting customers with their shopping needs and building relationships to create repeat business
- Monitor the store and forecourt to ensure customers have a great experience with Sewell
- Sales and Merchandising
- Authorise fuel pumps and serve customers from the till points, responsible for cash handling and card payments
- Assist with stock control and management within the store, including accepting and checking deliveries, re-stocking shelves, rotating stock, and ensuring the store is always stocked to its full sales potential
- Store Maintenance
- Clean and maintain the store, including the till area, back of house, and forecourt, ensuring the site always looks world-class
- Teamwork and Support
- Provide support and cover for holidays and sickness as and when required
Requirements
