Main Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of education and personal development plans for critical care staff.
- Deliver robust programs of education and participate in audits to evaluate their effectiveness.
- Act as a credible and professional role model, empowering staff to develop personally and professionally.
- Participate in innovation and evidence-based nursing practice through professional leadership.
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Completion of STEP 1, 2, 3 or equivalent
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Teaching certificate
- Post Graduate Certificate in Education
- Relevant critical care experience at a senior level
- Experience as a mentor/preceptor
