About the Role

Culinary Services Coordinator sought for Avery Healthcare to lead a culinary team providing nutritionally balanced services in residential care. The ideal candidate will have a catering qualification and 1-year experience, with basic food hygiene certification.

Responsibilities
- Support Head Chef and Sous Chef in planning and preparing high-quality meals
- Participate in meetings with residents and Heads of Departments to discuss catering functions and address special needs
- Develop and review menu on a regular basis with the culinary team

About You
- Hold City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ equivalent in catering
- Demonstrate compassion and commitment to delivering high-quality culinary services
- Be adaptable and flexible to cover various responsibilities at short notice
