Adult Autism Support Work Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Crowthorne, Berkshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of adults with learning disabilities and autism.

About the Role:

  1. You will play a crucial role in empowering individuals to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
  2. Your responsibilities will include guiding and supporting individuals in their day-to-day activities.
  3. Encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
  4. Accompanying individuals to routine appointments.
  5. Teaching essential life skills like budgeting, shopping, and managing bills.
  6. Assisting with personal care and, if required, administering medication.
  7. Contributing to household tasks such as cleaning and cooking.
  8. Supporting alongside the Physical Activity Practitioner in the hydrotherapy pool.
  9. Driving the home car to take residents to appointments and outings.

Your Ideal Qualifications and Skills:
