Job Description

We're seeking experienced estate programme managers to join our growing business. As a member of our mission-focused team, you'll work on exciting and purposeful programmes and portfolios nationally and globally.

You'll collaborate with our clients, regulatory bodies, and other consultancies to help our clients achieve their objectives. We provide leadership at programme and portfolio level, creating space for our clients to deliver a green, inclusive, and productive world.

Our programmes cover work across the globe, offering exciting challenges and exposure to innovative schemes in the marketplace.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • An established network with the industry
  • A strong and current understanding of real estate industry trends
  • A proven track record managing large programmes of work
  • Experience with various methods of procurement and forms of contract
  • Excellent communication skills, in person and written
  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
  • Professional membership desirable
