Talentwise Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Private Family Lawyer to lead our Family Law Department in Coventry. As Head of Private Family Law Department, you will be responsible for managing a high-quality caseload of privately funded family law matters, providing leadership and guidance to a team of experienced family lawyers, and driving the department forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-quality caseload of privately funded family law matters from enquiry through to resolution
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to a team of experienced family lawyers in a collaborative, client-focused environment
  • Advocacy work
  • Advising clients on matters pertaining to divorce and separation, prenuptial agreements, finance and property division, cohabitation and property rights, civil partnership issues, Children Act matters, domestic violence and injunctions, and financial matters

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience within private family law
  • Experience of running a private family law caseload including complex matters, from instruction to resolution
  • Strong leadership skills
  • A consistent billing history
  • Good client care skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage your time
