Private Client Solicitor (Head of Department) Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team as Head of Department in the West Midlands. As a key member of our Private Client team, you will be responsible for driving the department forward and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of Private Client Solicitors and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the Private Client department and increase revenue.
  • Manage and maintain a caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of PQE in Private Client law, with experience in dealing with a broad range of private client matters.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
