Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team in the West Midlands. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection.

About the Role:

  • Manage a caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on private client matters.
  • Work closely with other members of the Private Client department to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of the Private Client department, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

About You:

  • 4+ years of experience in private client law, with a strong background in Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance on complex private client matters.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
