Role: Graduate Stress Engineer - Design

Are you a recent graduate looking to apply your skills in designing and analyzing aero-engine components?

We are seeking a Graduate Stress Engineer - Design to join our team in Derby.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in a team environment on design and documentation.
  • Prepare documents for design reviews.
  • Design and document aero-engine components.
  • Support requirements gathering.
  • Liaise with clients and cultivate stakeholder communication.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of 3D modeling and analysis software such as NX, Catia V5, Hypermesh, ANSYS, Nastran/Patran.
  • Understanding of Aerospace and aero engine.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of basic mechanical engineering.
  • Good MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and computer skills.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and contribute.
  • Ability to be a team player.
