About The Role
Our care team is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Dorset House, a residential care home in Hamworthy, Poole. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will work closely with our residents, supporting them to maintain their independence and dignity. With your previous care experience, you will have the knowledge and understanding of care planning and administering medication.

As a Senior Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will be to:
  1. Support residents to help them remain as independent as possible.
  2. Identify individual needs and abilities of our residents to allow you to deliver person-centred care.
  3. Work alongside a team of Care Assistants to ensure they are supported and have guidance throughout their shift.
