Project Architect Job in Central London

We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to join our team in Central London. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for working on bespoke, high-end conservation and heritage projects throughout London and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on historical buildings, London estates, large country estates, grade-listed buildings, and more
  • Collaborate with clients, including site visits and surveys
  • Carry out project research and lead small project teams on various conservation projects
  • Report to Associate Directors on project progress and produce high-quality design and technical drawings
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in bespoke detailing on traditional, high-end or classical projects
  • Part III qualified or Part II qualified with extensive experience from stage 4 onwards
  • Contract administration and technical knowledge
  • Passion for classical and traditional architecture and experience in the preservation and refurbishment of historic buildings
What We Offer:
  • Salary of £38,000 - £50,000 DOE
  • 21 days of holiday, plus bank holidays and discretionary leave over Christmas
  • Flexible working with 3 days per week required in the office
