Kitchen Supervisor

BD Group is seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, preparing and serving high-quality meals to our clients, and maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Cook Supervisor in managing the kitchen and ensuring efficient meal service.
- Prepare and cook a range of meals in line with agreed ingredients and recipes.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health, and safety.
- Assist with stock control, food storage, and preparation.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification.
- Qualification in Hospitality & Catering /Food Safety/Food Preparation & Service, highly desirable.
- Great teamwork skills and excellent customer service skills.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Knowledge of food allergens and cross-contamination principles.
Working Arrangements:
- 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Term time only).
- Location: Harlow.
- An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
