Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and plate our fresh pasta dishes to our high standards, ensuring a delightful experience for every guest.
  • Prepare orders for dine-in and delivery swiftly and accurately, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for every customer.
  • Be a team player and bring positivity and warmth to the kitchen and wider restaurant environment.
  • Welcome each customer with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Help customers explore our menu, offering personalized recommendations and answering any questions with passion and expertise.
  • Create a positive dining atmosphere by being attentive and proactive in meeting customers' needs.
  • Follow our treasured recipes and techniques to ensure every dish meets our high standards.
  • Keep your workspace clean, organized, and buzzing with energy, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Keep an eye on our ingredient supplies and let the shift manager know if we're running low on anything essential.
  • Make sure the dining area is always inviting and immaculate, reflecting the high standards of our brand.
  • Regularly clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other surfaces to ensure a safe environment for our customers and colleagues.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to keep both customers and colleagues safe.
  • Pitch in with cleaning tasks when needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to support your team.
  • Work closely with your teammates to ensure everything runs smoothly, communicating effectively and providing support when needed.
  • Take part in team meetings and training sessions, bringing your ideas and enthusiasm to the table.
  • Support your colleagues, especially during busy times, and be willing to take on additional tasks as required.
About You
  • Experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but a passion for Italian cuisine is what truly matters.
  • Enthusiasm for learning about our menu and sharing that knowledge with customers, showcasing your expertise and passion.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks with ease, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of teamwork, essential for success in our dynamic and fast-moving environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.

Pasta Evangelists was born seven years ago out of a desire to become the authority in fresh pasta. We're on a mission to reimagine and elevate pasta as a category, which is worth a staggering £3.8bn yet has seen little innovation for decades. Londoners can also treat themselves to fine Italian dinings at our high-end Harrods Pasta Bar, or learn to make our signature dishes from scratch at our viral Pasta Academy, where we welcome thousands of pasta lovers every month. Most recently, we've been busy disrupting Britain's pizza-centric Italian takeaway market with a brand new fresh pasta takeaway concept, available on as well as major delivery players like Deliveroo, UberEats and JustEat. With more than 40 kitchens across the UK, we're expanding coverage to new cities on an almost weekly basis (including our first openings in Scotland and Wales). We've also opened the UK's biggest pastificio in Acton, West London, allowing us to make ever more exciting and ambitious pasta and sauces for our customers.
