About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Patient Journey Manager to join our Patient Access team at HCA Healthcare UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient access and ensuring seamless transitions throughout their care journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient access and ensure timely registration onto our systems.
  • Verify and validate patient information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • 25 days' annual leave, increasing with service.
