Job Description:

We are seeking a Commercial Construction Financial Manager to join our team and assist on highly technical engineering projects worth 50,000 - 5 million.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing project finances, tracking performance and reporting issues to Project Managers.

  • Manage project finances, tracking performance and reporting issues to Project Managers.
  • Submit monthly progress applications for ongoing architectural metalwork projects.
  • Review tender allowances and submit variation requests.
  • Develop and update spreadsheet analyses regularly.
  • Ensure cost control throughout procurement, delivery, and design phases.
  • Identify and propose cost-saving measures within the business.
