About the Role

This position involves overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with a solid understanding of construction processes and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure Safety and Quality Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
  2. Project Management: Oversee construction to ensure it aligns with approved designs and specifications.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Attend client meetings, including progress and commercial meetings, as well as internal design meetings.
  4. Cost and Forecasting Support: Collaborate with the Commercial team to update cost forecasts and manage Compensation Events.
  5. Procurement and Materials Management: Ensure timely ordering of materials and coordinate with Quantity Surveyors to allocate subcontractor packages.
  6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and high-quality records for project activities and milestones.
Qualifications and Experience
  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar site management role.
  2. Education: NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management (desirable).
  3. Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with a solid understanding of construction processes and project management.
