Job Mission

As a Construction Programme Director, you will facilitate communication between contractors and the client, ensuring efficient handling of site requests. You will report to the Balance of Plant Construction Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Field Change Requests (FCRs) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) production to maintain construction activities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the throughput of FCRs and NCRs.
Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in a related engineering field or qualified by experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar piping construction role.
  • Meticulous and rigorous engineering approach.
  • Experience with responding to NCRs.
  • Knowledge of CDM Regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills to coordinate the construction team.
  • Ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Engineer status.
  • Understanding of Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) design and operations.
