As a key member of the IndigoTG team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and revenue expansion in your region. Your primary focus will be to develop and convert a credible pipeline of new opportunities for your region from both new and existing customers. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Director to develop and execute the regional sales strategy, identifying sales opportunities, developing excellent customer relationships, and winning deals with excellent commercial terms. Your responsibilities will also include establishing and building key peer relationships within the nominated accounts to support new opportunities to sell and provide incremental services to existing customers. You will maintain a thorough appreciation of our customers' business and strategies and propose solutions to add value for both current and future requirements. Additionally, you will partner with commercial, legal, and corporate services to get customer contracts approved and signed in a timely manner. You will also work with the operations team to deliver once the contracts are signed. Your role will require you to be a brand ambassador for IndigoTG, providing accurate and timely information and forecasts, including regular and ad-hoc reports as required by management. You will also be responsible for keeping Salesforce updated for an accurate view of the pipeline, opportunities, wins, and losses. You will represent the company professionally at all times and support the adoption of IndigoTG's corporate culture. You will also continuously comply with health and safety standards across the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development in the Telco and Hyper-scaler market in your region, a proven track record of delivering business growth through the development and conversion of a pipeline, and a good understanding of networks, connectivity, and digital infrastructure. You will be a self-starter, requiring little or no supervision, with a positive attitude and a strong understanding of the importance of health, safety, compliance, and governance procedures. You will also be PC literate, especially Microsoft Office suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and convert a credible pipeline of new opportunities for your region

Requirements:
