Conveyancing Paralegal Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Pertemps Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity for a conveyancing professional to develop their skills and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal with queries from clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents via phone or email.
• Manage files, including AML checks, compliance with SRA regulations, lender requirements, and firm procedures.
• Provide administrative support, including photocopying and scanning.
• Prepare quotes and draft completion statements.
• Assist fee earners in reports on title, mortgage, and search reports.
• Raise enquiries and reply to requisitions.
• Conduct online searches.
• Use the Land Registry portal to order official copies, leases, and title plans.
• Generate Stamp Duty Land Tax calculations and submit applications.
• Draft forms such as AP1s and TP1s.
• Prepare and submit bills, receipts, and payments.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and customer service skills, good computer literacy, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:00 pm.

Experience

A minimum of [£25,000 - £30,000] per annum, depending on experience. The salary range reflects the level of responsibility and expertise required for this role.
