Service Desk Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Engineer to join our client's established service desk team. The successful candidate will provide first- and second-line support, with a focus on Linux system support and JML tasks.

Key Responsibilities
-------------------

* Provide technical support for users, including PC build, desktop setup, and hardware configuration
* Support Linux systems, including building, decommissioning, and troubleshooting
* Experience with Active Directory, MDM (InTune), GIT, YAML, and VLAN is required
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
------------

* 1st and 2nd line support experience
* Strong experience with PC build, desktop setup, and hardware configuration
* Linux support experience, including building, decommissioning, and troubleshooting
* Active Directory, MDM (InTune), GIT, YAML, and VLAN experience
