Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring that all communal areas and resident bedrooms are well-maintained.
  • Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping and laundry assistants, including managing staff rotas, training, and ensuring that all housekeeping and domestic items are in stock or replenished accordingly.
  • Work closely with the maintenance and management teams to ensure that every room is well-maintained and that all facilities are in good working order.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a housekeeping role, with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • An approachable and caring nature, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
