About the Role

The Queen Mary University of London Students' Union is seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our retail operations on campus. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact in the lives of our students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our shops operate efficiently and effectively, providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with our staff and students to develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. You should have a strong understanding of retail operations, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling.

Able to work independently and as part of a team, you will be confident in your ability to problem-solve and think critically. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
