Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential homebuyers, vendors, and other stakeholders in the property industry.
- Conduct property viewings, provide feedback to vendors, and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
- Arrange appointments for mortgage brokers and refer clients to solicitors, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents to facilitate smooth sales processes.
- Generate and book property valuations for our valuers, maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and exceeding their expectations.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the property industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a client-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage, but not essential.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
