Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement reliability growth strategies, leveraging techniques like RCM, FMECA, RAMS, and MSG3.
  • Conduct thorough technical investigations and provide insightful reports with actionable recommendations.

We seek a seasoned professional with at least 4 years' experience in T&RS engineering, holding a degree or HNC/HND in engineering. Your expertise in rolling stock systems, software, and diagnostic tools is vital.

Project management skills, including time management, resource allocation, and prioritisation, are essential. Familiarity with Railway Group Standards, ROGS, and relevant rail standards is also necessary.

This position involves leading the maintenance and development of the Class 707 City Beam Fleet and Class 465 and 466 Networkers. Attainment of Personal Track Safety Certification is a requirement.
