As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor with 2 to 6 years PQE to join our highly regarded corporate team in our Sheffield office.

This exciting opportunity will see you involved in high-level national work combined with local opportunities, particularly within the growing technology scene in Sheffield.

The role involves a range of corporate work, including mergers & acquisitions, shareholders agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and private equity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial resources effectively, including accurate time recording, billing, and achievement of firm targets.
  • Develop business development opportunities to retain existing clients and build new relationships.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and understanding of the industry and business of the client.
  • Run and manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain a proven track record of competent financial management, meeting client expectations, and sound case management skills.
  • Utilize good IT skills, experience with case management systems, electronic time recording, and general Microsoft packages.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
