We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to deliver high-quality designs and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to understand project requirements and deliver solutions
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
* Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
* Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in architecture (Part 2 or Part 3)
* Minimum 2 years of post-qualifying experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of Revit and other design software
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary (£40,000 - £50,000)
* Standard 8.30am-5:30pm working hours (flexible on start/finish times)
