Project Architect Opportunity

The Practice:

This esteemed practice boasts a long-standing reputation and impressive client portfolio, featuring in both public and private sectors. With a team of skilled professionals, including Architects, Technologists, and Architectural Assistants, the practice offers a personalized approach throughout the construction process. Projects vary in scale, from small to large, with values ranging from £100k to £100m, yet their passion for design and detail remains consistent.

The practice is in a strong position following recent project wins and has a solid pipeline of work, making it an ideal time to appoint a Project Architect to their team.

The Role - Project Architect:

This role is suited for an experienced Project Architect with approximately 2-3 years of post-qualification experience. Joining a team of around 25 architectural colleagues, you will have the opportunity to run projects and potentially lead a small team. You will primarily work on large-scale Commercial projects throughout the UK, requiring strong client-facing skills. The practice has invested in Revit software and BIM systems, and proficiency in Revit is essential for this role.

Requirements:

  1. Fully qualified Architect with UK recognized qualifications
  2. Approximately 2-3 years of post-qualification experience
  3. ARB registration / RIBA accredited (desirable)
  4. Comfortable leading projects and working autonomously
  5. Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and Revit software (essential)
  6. Experience of working on large-scale projects, ideally within the Commercial sector

In return, you will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package dependent on experience, likely to be in the region of £40,000-£50,000 per annum.
