Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Strategy Manager to join our Group Strategy Team, which reports directly to our Group CEO. As part of this team, you will play a key role in supporting our Group strategy with a focus on culture and customer at the centre of everything we do.

Main Responsibilities

  • Partner with Executive leadership to support the execution of key strategic priorities for the Group.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial and innovative approach to your assignments.
  • Develop work plans, gather and synthesize data, problem-solve, and provide final recommendations for operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with all entities across the Group to support the articulation of the Group Strategy and key priorities.
  • Support the preparation of reports and recommendations, from concept to implementation, and communicate them to senior managements.

Requirements

  • MBA from a top business school.
  • Experience advising senior management.
  • Experience managing people.

Location

This role is based in our headquarters in Cardiff, UK, with potential opportunities in Paris, Rome, and Seville.
